The NU-WAL Restoration System covers and reinforces the entire area of walls and ceilings with WC-14 Fiberglass Mat embedded with #2500 Coating.  Cracks do not come back as they do with patching compounds.  #3600 acrylic Top Coat provides a high hiding, waterproof, tough and flexible finish coat.

Energy Saving

The combination of reduction of air infiltration and addition of vapor barrier is applicable to both new construction and restoration.

Wall Surface

After application of the NU-WAL Restoration System you will have a smooth surface similar to that produced by latex paint.

If your wall has bumps or ridges, these areas will need to first be leveled out or the imperfections will telegraph through.

Surface Burning

The system is classified as Class A surface burning, as prescribed by ASTM-84.

Vapor Barrier

The NU-WAL renovation system was tested as prescribed by ASTM and does meet the requirement to be a vapor barrier.  This vapor barrier is where it should be, on the inside surface of the warm side of the wall or ceiling.
