Why Pol-E-Force?
Pol-E-Force is a spun laced polyester material used as a reinforced roofing fabric. When combined with one of Specification Chemical’s proprietary roofing coatings, this material becomes a flexible membrane that protects and seals the roof surface from the elements. Pol-E-Force is the only reinforced roofing fabric that perfectly molds to the roof’s surface to provide easy installation; eliminating air pockets and allowing roof coatings to easily flow through and saturate. When the coating fully saturates the fabric, a perfect bond with the roof is complete, providing the best results possible.
Composed of 100% polyester it has excellent conform-ability and elongation.
The Truth about Pol-E-Force?
The outstanding conformability of Pol-E-Force comes from the way it is manufactured. The spun-laced, or non-woven, process allows this reinforced roofing fabric to stretch and conform to odd surfaces, while at the same time being strong in both directions.
As a reinforcing roofing fabric Pol-E-Force is lightweight with high tensile strength and elongation. It has no raveling, has excellent tear strength, is resistant to chemicals and solvents, resistant to rot and mildew and is non-irritating to the skin.
