What is POL-E-SCRIM polyester roof fabric?
Pol-E-Scrim is a 5X5 - strands-per-inch polyester scrim with a thin layer of spun-bonded polyester bonded to the top side. This is a special purpose polyester roofing fabric with tensile strength in both directions, plus elongation.
How to use POL-E-SCRIM polyester roof fabric
Pol-E-Scrim is applied over the entire field area of the roof. Start at the low (eave) side and shingle lap 2". Apply fabric over wet Vap-R-Lok and smooth out the fabric with a long-handled paint roller.
